The Opportunity

ACCIONA is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, Senior ICT Engineer to join our growing ICT Operations team, providing onsite support across our operations in Malaga, Wangara and Collie.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large and diverse organisation where you will play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining critical ICT services across multiple operational sites.

Reporting to the ICT State Manager, you will partner with both new and existing employees, supporting ACCIONA devices, infrastructure, applications, and mobile services.

The role will involve regular travel between Malaga, Wangara and Collie to provide hands-on technical support and ensure a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 ICT support, including resolving incidents and service requests through our ITSM.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, applications and peripheral devices.
• Manage support queues, effectively prioritising workloads to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and contribute to Knowledge Base articles.
• Support and troubleshoot mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms.
• Maintain and support printers, scanners and other end-user hardware.
• Work collaboratively with ICT teams across Australia to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Travel regularly to Malaga, Wangara and Collie to provide onsite support and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Budget and Procure Infrastructure that aligns with Acciona’s security Blueprint, and drive the delivery of Technology across all project locations.

• Demonstrated experience in a Level 2/3 ICT Support or Service Desk environment, with strong technical capability across Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, endpoint management and business applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and support end-user technologies, including laptops, mobile devices (iOS and Android), conferencing solutions, printers, scanners and other business-critical peripherals within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with operational teams, business leaders, vendors and global ICT teams to deliver high-quality support outcomes.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused professional with the ability to manage competing priorities, drive continuous improvement initiatives and travel regularly between Malaga, Wangara and Collie to provide onsite technical support and project delivery assistance.
