JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Governance & Leadership Integration – Independently facilitates complex governance and organization leadership processes involving multiple leadership teams, competing organizational priorities, and significant organizational ambiguity. Adapts Organization System Integration methods to meet the needs of increasingly complex organizational situations while maintaining consistency with established practice. Guides leaders toward shared understanding, ensuring discussions produce clear decisions, defined accountability, and coordinated follow-through. Identifies opportunities to strengthen governance processes, leadership operating rhythms, and decision pathways based on organizational learning and practical experience.
- Leadership Decision Support – Synthesizes operational, financial, clinical, quality, workforce, and strategic information into integrated organization perspectives. Identifies organizational patterns, interdependencies, emerging risks, and opportunities requiring coordinated leadership attention. Frames organization performance discussions in ways that move leaders beyond functional reporting toward organizational understanding. Guides leadership teams in interpreting organization performance and its implications for organizational priorities. Recommends improvements that strengthen organization performance monitoring processes and leadership dialogue.
- Cross-System Alignment – Independently facilitates organization prioritization discussions involving competing organizational priorities, resource constraints, and organization tradeoffs. Guides leaders in evaluating sequencing, dependencies, organizational impacts, and competing demands. Connects organization priorities with operational planning, improvement activities, and implementation efforts across multiple organizational areas. Identifies opportunities to improve alignment between organization priorities and coordinated execution. Helps leadership teams maintain alignment as priorities evolve.
- Operating System Development – Identifies organizational dependencies, competing priorities, and disconnected work requiring organization coordination. Connects leaders, initiatives, and workstreams whose success depends upon coordinated action across organizational boundaries. Anticipates downstream organizational impacts and facilitates coordination before issues become barriers to execution. Strengthens communication and organizational feedback across leadership teams to improve organization alignment. Recommends improvements that strengthen cross-system coordination through practical experience and organizational learning.
- Organizational Learning –Identifies opportunities to strengthen Organization System Integration methods, facilitation approaches, and leadership processes through practical application. Coaches and mentors Integrators while modeling advanced systems thinking, organizational judgment, facilitation, and synthesis. Contributes to the refinement of Organization System Integration standards, tools, and professional practices. Partners with the Leader to strengthen the leadership operating system through organizational learning and continuous improvement. Serves as a role model for Organization System Integration practice, reinforcing professional standards and advancing capability across the team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred: Master’s degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare operations, enterprise project support, consulting, analytics, or strategic coordination
