Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst

The Vacancy

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring Megger's global IT infrastructure remains secure, reliable and responsive. Working as part of the Group IT Infrastructure team, you'll support and enhance critical infrastructure services across our global business, contributing to infrastructure projects, technology refreshes, cloud platforms, security improvements and the continual development of best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys combining operational support with strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support Megger's global IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability, performance and security.
• Deliver infrastructure changes, resolve support requests and implement improvements across server, storage, network and cloud platforms.
• Work collaboratively with Group IT teams and third-party suppliers to deliver infrastructure projects, migrations and technology refreshes.
• Develop, maintain and improve infrastructure documentation, backup and disaster recovery procedures, and operational best practices.
• Support capacity planning, systems monitoring and the evaluation of emerging technologies to ensure the infrastructure continues to meet business needs.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Active Directory in a hybrid environment.
• Experience deploying and supporting server and storage infrastructure, ideally including Nutanix and/or Hyper-V.
• Good understanding of wired and wireless networking, infrastructure security and network deployment.
• Experience managing backup and recovery solutions, DNS, email gateway services and Microsoft 365/O365 tenant administration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders.
