Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud modules, such as Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, and Forecast Management
Develop, maintain, and optimize automated and manual test cases to validate business processes and integrations within Sales Cloud
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure sales workflows and territory planning meet quality standards and business requirements
Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools, driving resolution and continuous improvement
Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud features to ensure system reliability and accuracy
Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams, supporting timely delivery of high-quality releases
Configure test environments and data sets to simulate real-world sales scenarios and validate end-to-end business flows
Enhance quality engineering best practices within the Salesforce Sales Cloud domain
