At SKELAR, we have built an environment where people can reach their full professional potential:
SKELAR Platform. This is the operational core of our venture builder, helping founders move faster from zero to one. This allows business teams to focus on their products, while 10+ Platform teams cover Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, IT, and other functions.
A culture of networking and knowledge sharing. Our colleagues include co-founders who have launched more than one business, as well as some of the strongest specialists in the market. This means we have access to the expertise we need — right at our fingertips.
Exclusive domain-specific learning. We have created our own learning programs for teammates to choose from — from a two-month school for first-time managers to AI intensives and professional clubs in engineering, product management, and other fields.
Making a systemic impact in supporting Ukraine. We have the SKELAR Foundation, a charitable foundation created by SKELAR teammates themselves. Together, we bring important social initiatives to life. For example, we launched the first veteran-focused accelerator in Europe and are building a platform to support veterans at the national level.
An ecosystem designed for productive work. SKELAR teammates have access to inspiring spaces designed to help teams achieve results — including our own gym, climbing wall, Bali-inspired green areas, and libraries. With service, safety, and comfort aligned with the pace at which our teams grow, we create a truly great experience and work more effectively.
Care for everyday comfort. Breakfasts and lunches, access to sports training in Kyiv or partial reimbursement for activities in Warsaw, health insurance, paid business trips when the role requires them, and corporate discounts from our partners.
We’ll tell you more during our introductory meeting.
