The Manager, Data Services, oversees the portfolio of work supporting the Company’s enterprise data platforms, including prioritization, delivery coordination, and oversight of supporting contractor and vendor resources. This role helps ensure the reliable delivery of data to Finance, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Revenue Cycle, People, Clinical teams, and Executive Leadership by managing the execution of work, supporting production data processes, and aligning work to business priorities. The Manager, Data Services will combine technical execution with team leadership and vendor oversight to maintain platform stability and ensure the most critical business needs are met efficiently. This role will also manage vendor relationships and optimize contractor spend by reducing inefficiencies and strategically determining what work should be performed internally versus externally. This role plays a critical role in improving operational discipline, reducing manual processes, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the Company’s data environment.
Qualifications
Education Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Requirements • Office Environment: Tasks may be conducted within a climate-controlled office setting. • Physical Activity: The role may require the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials, supplies, and equipment (up to 15 lbs.) Duties typically involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent changes in position. • Travel: Travel may be required, including travel between Company locations and out-of town destinations as needed (5%). • Safety Equipment: May require the use of safety equipment for infection prevention.
