Director Business Transformation
This is a high-impact transformation role at the intersection of finance, technology, and supply chain — sitting within the CIO organisation and working in close partnership with ChargePoint's CFO, CAO, and Chief Manufacturing & Supply Chain Officer. You will own the strategy and execution for modernising ChargePoint's financial and supply chain systems, embedding AI-driven automation, and driving a step-change in how the business makes data-informed decisions.
This is not a maintenance role. You will be expected to challenge legacy processes, bring a forward-looking AI and automation perspective to our NetSuite ecosystem and broader finance stack, and translate technology possibilities into measurable business outcomes. The right person thinks like a product leader, operates with the credibility of a finance insider, and has the drive to build something lasting. For the right candidate, this role carries clear potential to grow in scope and responsibility as ChargePoint scales.
You will manage a small, high-calibre team — including NetSuite functional and technical administrators and Business Analysts — with the mandate to grow and evolve the team as the transformation programme matures.
