Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, delivering AI-powered protection for productive MSPs in a single, natively integrated platform that unifies operations management, cybersecurity, and data protection. Driven by our mission to protect, manage and automate every workload that businesses and lives depend on, we’ve built the industry’s only all-in-one solution.
In this role, you will own the e-commerce growth strategy and performance of two Acronis product stores, with a clear mandate to accelerate online revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities across the entire digital customer journey—from traffic acquisition and product discovery through conversion, purchase, and customer expansion.
This is a high-impact, highly autonomous independent contributor role for an experienced e-commerce leader who knows how to turn data into action and strategy into measurable business results. You will work across Product Management, Marketing, SEO, Website, Digital Media, Analytics, and other teams to influence priorities, remove barriers, and deliver growth.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating as the owner of the e-commerce business, while leading through influence rather than direct authority. You will bring strong commercial judgment, an analytical mindset, and a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

- Own the e-commerce growth strategy, roadmap, and performance for two Acronis product stores.
- Develop and execute ambitious annual and quarterly plans designed to exceed online revenue targets.

- Own e-commerce KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, traffic, average order value, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.

- Proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting for direction, independently moving initiatives from idea to execution.
Drive Conversion & Customer Experience
- Own the conversion rate optimization strategy across both online stores.
- Analyze the customer journey, funnel performance, and site behavior to identify friction and opportunities to increase conversion.
- Develop and prioritize A/B tests and other experimentation programs across product pages, navigation, offers, messaging, pricing, calls to action, checkout, and other elements of the buying experience.
- Partner with Website, UX, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver improvements that make it easier for customers to understand, evaluate, and purchase Acronis solutions.
- Establish a continuous test-and-learn culture focused on measurable improvements in conversion and revenue.
Accelerate Traffic & Demand
- Partner with SEO and Digital Media teams to grow qualified traffic to the online stores and improve the efficiency of customer acquisition.
- Develop a holistic view of the relationship between media investment, organic traffic, customer intent, conversion, and revenue.
- Work with Marketing to ensure campaigns, promotions, messaging, landing pages, and online experiences are aligned to maximize business results.
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic quality and channel performance, not simply traffic volume.
Partner With Product & Marketing
- Serve as the primary e-commerce growth partner to Product Management, Marketing, SEO, Website, Digital Media, and Analytics.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy, launches, packaging, pricing, positioning, and customer needs into compelling online experiences.

- Work with Marketing teams to ensure campaigns and product stories translate effectively into online sales.
- Bring the voice of the digital customer and the commercial perspective into cross-functional planning and decision-making.
Lead Through Influence
- Build strong relationships across a matrixed global organization and create alignment around e-commerce priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution without requiring direct authority over contributing teams.
- Clearly articulate the business case, expected impact, priorities, and tradeoffs for e-commerce investments.
- Challenge assumptions and advocate for initiatives that have the greatest potential to drive revenue and customer value.
- Create accountability across stakeholders while maintaining strong partnerships and a collaborative working style.
Use Data, Technology & AI to Accelerate Growth
- Develop a rigorous, data-driven approach to e-commerce decision-making and optimization.
- Combine quantitative performance data with customer insights to understand not only what is happening, but why.
- Build and maintain performance reporting that gives stakeholders a clear view of growth, funnel performance, and opportunities.
- Leverage emerging technologies, automation, personalization, experimentation, and AI to improve customer experiences and accelerate e-commerce execution.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce, digital marketing, CRO, SEO, personalization, and cybersecurity market trends and translate relevant developments into actionable opportunities.
