This role will establish, build, and scale the Professional Education capability within the Cardiovascular organization, creating the team structure, processes, governance, and programs needed to support evolving education and evidence-communication needs. The role supports global brand and portfolio priorities by strengthening clinical understanding and enabling high-quality Professional Education programs aligned with approved claims and intended use.

The role works with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance so that clinical data are communicated accurately and within approved claims, while building and developing a high-performing team.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Evidence Strategy & Translation
- Translate published and internal clinical, outcomes, and real-world evidence into clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate education and promotional materials consistent with cleared or approved labeling, for review and approval through the Marketing Communications review process.

- Develop and maintain global evidence toolkits, including study summaries, evidence briefs, data visualizations, and frequently asked questions limited to cleared or approved uses. Route unsolicited requests for information on other uses to Clinical Affairs or the designated medical information provider.
Professional Education Strategy & Program Execution
- Lead the development and execution of global Professional Education plans covering on-label product and procedural training, aligned with brand strategy and portfolio priorities, while establishing the foundational processes, governance, and infrastructure required for the Professional Education function.
- Design education frameworks for on-label product training at congresses, company-sponsored promotional programs, digital education, and internal learning programs. Identify unmet educational needs and knowledge gaps and translate them into structured, compliant education initiatives within cleared or approved indications.
Function Development & Capability Building
- Establish and lead a new global Professional Education function, including strategy, priorities, governance, processes, and operating model.
- Assess organizational needs and develop short- and long-term capability roadmaps to support Professional Education and product training.

- Coordinate with Clinical Affairs, which owns publication planning, so that education materials reflect evidence once it is published.
- Incorporate newly published data into education programs and promotional materials after Marketing Communications review and approval.
- Support congress planning for promotional activities, such as booth content and product training, consistent with cleared or approved indications.
HCP Consultants & Customer Insight

- Help shape advisory board objectives, agendas, and outputs and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and portfolio strategy.
- Monitor external clinical trends, guidelines, and emerging evidence to inform education priorities and future evidence needs.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Governance
- Work closely with Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, and Marketing teams to ensure educational materials and communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with global standards.
- Prepare evidence summaries and references to support Marketing Communications review of education and promotional materials.
- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, applicable regulations, and industry codes governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
