By combining deep clinical trial expertise with cutting-edge AI, we connect sponsors' scientific ambitions with high-performing research teams that expedite and expand access to novel therapeutics for patients in need. Today, Iterative Health is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and New York City with 250+ employees world-wide.
As Senior Manager of Growth for Europe, you will be a key strategic partner to the European leadership team helping drive the projects, initiatives, and growth agenda that shape how Iterative Health expands across the region.
This is a role at the intersection of strategy and execution: you will translate ambitious goals into structured plans, and then make sure those plans get delivered. You will work across a broad range of workstreams — from strategic planning and market development to M&A support and cross-functional project coordination.
The common thread is operating as a trusted, high-quality partner to leadership: someone who can pick up a complex topic, structure it clearly, drive it forward, and ensure the right people are aligned and moving. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical foundations, a genuine interest in healthcare and clinical research, and the drive to build something meaningful in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Fluency in English and Polish required.
