- Increased adoption and reuse of shared identity, organization and access-management capabilities.
- Reduced duplication of identity, user-administration and access-management capabilities across Availity products.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive product leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of defining product strategy, influencing investment decisions and driving measurable business outcomes across the product lifecycle from discovery and market validation through scale and optimization.

- Deep understanding of digital identity, authentication and trust frameworks.

- Strong understanding of platform reliability, scalability, security, privacy, observability, and operational readiness.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement, with experience defining metrics, evaluating investment options, and communicating evidence-based recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex platforms and security topics for technical, business and executive audiences.
- Experience working with Agile and Lean product-development teams in a global or distributed operating model.
- A track record of taking accountability for customer and business outcomes rather than limiting ownership to feature delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within US healthcare, health information networks or payer-provider ecosystems, or within another highly regulated industry where privacy, security, interoperability and compliance materially shape product strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with healthcare administrative workflows, clinical data exchange, EDI, APIs, FHIR or payer-provider connectivity.
- Working knowledge of enterprise identity and integration standards such as:
- Experience modernizing legacy identity, user-administration, organization-management, or access-governance capabilities.
- Experience leading complex product, platform, and customer migrations.
- Experience with platform products, ecosystem products, developer-facing products, or network-based businesses.
- Experience defining product strategy for enterprise administrators and delegated administration models.
- Experience using analytics, experimentation, and customer research to improve registration, authentication, access and administration experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Leadership Competencies:
Strategic Product Thinking

- Customer and Administrator Empathy
- Understands both end-user and enterprise-administrator workflows and designs experiences that balance usability, control, security and compliance.
Systems Thinking - Recognizes dependencies across identity, users, organizations, access, products, operations and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
Technical Product Fluency - Partners credibly with Engineering, Architecture and Security on APIs, platform services, identity standards, scalability and non-functional requirements.
Outcome Ownership - Defines measurable outcomes, learns from evidence and remains accountable beyond product delivery and launch.
Platform Mindset - Optimizes for reuse, extensibility, consistency, adoption and long-term enterprise leverage rather than isolated feature delivery.
Influence and Decision Quality - Creates alignment, makes trade-offs explicit and drives decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.
Operational Discipline - Protects reliability, security, compliance and customer trust while enabling platform modernization and innovation.
Executive Communication - Communicates strategy, investment choices, risks and results through clear, concise and decision-oriented narratives.
