Join a global quality transformation journey. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technology Transfer teams, and other key stakeholders to develop and harmonize product quality requirements across the product lifecycle, strengthen engineering quality practices and standardization, and further develop Technology Transfer quality governance. You will help ensure that quality is built in from the beginning, while turning experience and lessons learned into preventive improvements. You will also help build digital quality frameworks by leveraging AI and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, organizational learning, and continuous improvement.
You combine strategic thinking with practical execution and can translate a broad quality vision into clear priorities and frameworks. You build strong relationships across functions, influence stakeholders through data and business impact, and stay focused on the initiatives that create the greatest value.
