This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires regular in-office presence in accordance with company policy.
Fellow is looking for a Senior Manager, Social Media, Influencers & Content to lead Fellow’s social media presence, content strategy, influencers and community engagement. This role is about more than just posting—it’s about building Fellow into the cultural conversation, amplifying organic moments, and creating content that drives engagement and brand love.
The goal isn’t just reach, impressions, or transactions. It’s to build a brand people want to talk about, share, follow, and be associated with. If you live and breathe digital storytelling, thrive on social trends, and know how to turn culture into content, this is your chance to shape the voice of one of the most beloved brands in specialty coffee.
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between social, content, creators, community, and culture—turning what’s happening in the world into ideas that make Fellow more relevant, talked about, and loved.
You bring a clear point of view, strong creative instincts, and an eye for what’s worth Fellow showing up for. You know when to jump on a cultural moment, when to create one of our own, and how to translate both into content that feels distinctly Fellow. You’ll work closely with our internal creative team, agency partners, creators, and influencers to bring ideas to life quickly and at a high creative bar.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll shape the strategy and build the systems, partnerships, and repeatable formats that grow Fellow’s presence—but you’ll also roll up your sleeves to make things happen. We’re looking for someone who can balance brand-building with speed, cultural instinct with business impact, and big ideas with scrappy execution.
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $175,000 plus bonus & equity. We intentionally publish salary ranges to promote transparency and set clear expectations. Final compensation is determined based on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills, expertise, scope of previous work, demonstrated impact, and internal equity. As a result, not every candidate will be hired at the top of the range.
Our highest goal at Fellow is creating a safe, inclusive, and rewarding environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and thrive. We are committed to building diverse teams and strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
