The Senior Manager, Total Rewards leads GuideStone’s total rewards function, including compensation, benefits, wellness/well-being, recognition, and job architecture. This role sets direction for total rewards programs, owns salary grades, ranges, leveling, and market alignment, and ensures programs are competitive, fair, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with enterprise goals. The role partners with senior leadership and HR to ensure total rewards strategies are competitive, cost-effective, sustainable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise goals — driving impact, navigating complexity, building effective teams, and reinforcing GuideStone’s high-performance culture. We serve those that serve the Lord with the integrity of our hearts and the skillfulness of our hands. (Psalm 78:72)

- Oversee GuideStone’s employee health, welfare, retirement, and wellness/well-being programs, ensuring they meet team member needs, comply with applicable requirements, and support the enterprise’s financial objectives.
- Lead the annual benefits renewal and plan review, including plan design, employer contribution strategy, and cost modeling, in partnership with Finance, GuideStone’s benefit plan areas, and vendors.
- Evaluate benefit offerings and recommend enhancements such as financial wellness, mental health support, and work-life balance initiatives, balancing team member experience with stewardship.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
