You will operate in a highly dynamic environment where ambiguity, innovation, responsible AI adoption, and strong strategic judgment are essential.
This is an opportunity to make a broad organizational impact by ensuring brand strategy consistently informs how products are built, launched, and experienced.
Accountabilities:
- Shape and drive brand and product strategy, ensuring the brand promise is reflected consistently across go-to-market activities, products, customer experiences, and broader organizational touchpoints.
- Develop creative and strategic GTM approaches for product and partner initiatives in collaboration with Product Marketing and Partnership teams.
- Partner with product and partnership marketers to influence strategy early in the development of products, partnerships, and associated market positioning.
- Help close the gap between brand strategy and customer experience by extending brand principles beyond campaigns into how products and experiences are developed and delivered.
- Collaborate with Insights teams to shape research, interpret findings, and apply customer and market insights to strategic marketing challenges.

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, partnerships, and other organizational teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand execution.
- Develop strategies that connect brand priorities with commercial and product objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Use generative AI tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality while maintaining appropriate human oversight and business judgment.
- Continuously evaluate emerging tools and approaches and incorporate effective innovations into strategic and creative workflows.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience setting brand and product strategy, either within an organization or through an agency environment.
- Proven experience shaping go-to-market strategy and translating strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience delivering and embedding a brand across an organization rather than limiting brand work to the marketing function.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect brand, product, customer, and business priorities.
- Exceptional persuasive writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling narratives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with insights or research teams to design, interpret, and apply research to complex business and marketing challenges.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bring clarity to complex problems.
- Strategic and creative mindset with a strong understanding of modern storytelling, customer experience, and brand development.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product, partnership, and marketing decisions upstream in the development process.
- Responsible and practical use of generative AI tools and copilots in day-to-day workflows, with strong human-in-the-loop judgment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt as AI tools and marketing technologies evolve.
- Ability to use AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
Benefits:
- Annual base salary of $205,785–$242,100 USD, excluding equity and bonus eligibility.
- Potential equity and bonus compensation in addition to base salary.
