Senior Master Data Associate (All genders)
As a Senior Master Data Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure that customer data records across the Philips landscape are maintained consistently, accurately, and completely, enabling us to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
Your role:
Setting up and maintaining prospects and customer accounts in SAP and Salesforce ensuring data quality and consistency
Maintaining product Master Data based on local requirements
Providing support for Data Quality requests and maintaining master data values
Solving problems and ad hoc master data issues within the SAP/SFDC/OSCAR system
Collaborating with business process experts on defining standard procedures and participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives, including Data Migration preparation in SAP transformation programs
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Management, or a related field.
You have at least 1 year of experience in a master data, logistics, supply chain, IT support, or operational environment.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues.
You are customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality service.
You have experience working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
You can effectively manage multiple priorities and communicate progress to stakeholders in a timely manner.
You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
You are comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
