Apply Lean and 6S principles to create safe, organized, ergonomic, and efficient workstations.
Review and refine work instructions, travelers, and checklists to capture redlines and improve procedural clarity and manufacturability.
Support the transition from prototype and low-volume builds to repeatable production by capturing lessons learned and helping establish reliable processes.
Improve throughput while protecting safety, quality, and a sustainable working pace. Raise capacity or workload concerns early and help address their underlying causes.
Build support for process changes by involving the people doing the work, explaining the reasons, and incorporating their feedback.
Work with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and introduce process changes through the appropriate review and approval steps.
