- Design quality products using six sigma and lean process techniques for robust designs.
- Work with external suppliers to define and develop certain aspects of new product design while collaborating with internal cross discipline teams.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshooting from System to Component Level
- Technical Writing: Define and Document Specifications, Design Decisions and
- and Operations to be used in a clean manufacturing environment.
Test & Integration:
- Develop and Implement the Product Validation and Verification (V&V) Strategy
- Integrate control systems for industrial robotics into capital equipment, including all aspects such as dynamics, end-effector design, controls, etc.
- Troubleshoot designs to determine potential risks, failure modes, and corrective actions.
- Run complex mechatronic systems for test and qualification of design changes.
- Design, Develop and Build Product Specific Test Tooling
- Test Validation and Verification (V&V) of Product Requirements
- Technical Writing: Define and Document Test Procedures, and Test Reports
