You'll thrive here if you're someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, gets energised by solving complex challenges and knows how to balance creative thinking with data and commercial impact.

We’re open to hiring at either the Senior Merchant Marketing Manager or Merchant Marketing Manager level, depending on your experience and expertise. If you see yourself thriving in this role at either level, we’d love to hear from you!

• Use merchant insights, customer data and campaign performance to make informed decisions, identify opportunities and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Own the detail behind successful campaigns, including audience selection, budgets, creative development, tracking, quality assurance and performance optimisation.
• Measure what matters, using acquisition, conversion, engagement, revenue and return on investment metrics to understand performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand and the wider Marketing team to deliver consistent, relevant and engaging experiences for our merchant partners.
• Experiment with new approaches, testing creative, messaging, audiences and channels to find smarter ways to achieve better results.
• Bring a proactive, solutions focused mindset to the team, balancing multiple priorities while supporting broader acquisition and marketing initiatives when needed.
