Act as the technical authority for identity and access across Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid identity, SSO, conditional access, MFA and the joiner, mover and leaver lifecycle.

Rationalise overlapping tools and adopt native Microsoft 365 capabilities where it makes sense, optimising licensing and cost.
Automate administration and reporting using PowerShell.
Manage the strategic technical relationship with Microsoft, making full use of available programs, assessments and expertise.
Partner with Corporate Security, Engineering and IT teams globally, and maintain clear documentation and standards.
8+ years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
Expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid identity, conditional access and MFA.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8) in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Microsoft certifications, for example MS-102, SC-300 or MD-102.
Experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview or Microsoft Graph.
Experience in a global technology company supporting a global user base across time zones.
Experience working directly with Microsoft account, support or partner teams.
Eligibility to live and work in Ireland is required. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.
