The Pipeline Generation team builds the system that turns market signal into qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team across APAC. This is a founding AI-first function: a small group of operators who design and run an automated prospecting motion rather than a manual outbound desk. What this team proves in Singapore becomes the playbook the wider region runs.
The Outbound Strategist runs Mixpanel's AI-driven prospecting system to deliver qualified, Account-Executive-accepted pipeline across APAC. You will operate the outbound engine day to day: building target lists, running campaigns, supervising AI agents that research prospects and draft first-touch outreach, and applying a critical eye so only genuinely qualified opportunities reach an Account Executive. You will work inside targeting logic and quality bars set with the team, sharpen them as you learn what converts, and help document what works. Success is qualified pipeline and system leverage, measured on outcomes rather than activity.
