You will be the go-to sparring partner for leaders, giving guidance with individual leadership topics

You moderate team and leadership workshops
You define KPIs for development measures wherever possible and make their impact visible.
University degree, e.g. in psychology, business administration, education or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in leadership and people development, ideally in companies known for strong leadership development; experience in high-growth environments is a plus.

Experience coaching leaders and facilitating workshops; a coaching certification is a plus.

Confident presence in front of groups, including senior leaders, combined with empathy, discretion and a hands-on mentality.
You thrive in a fast-changing environment and enjoy building something from scratch.
Business-fluent German and English (C1+), able to deliver trainings and coaching in both languages.
Variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownership
An international, informal team structure in a motivating start-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our customer growth story and the overall success of Avelios
