About the Opportunity

SJ Group is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced professionals for future opportunities in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

• Senior Planning Engineer
• Senior Document Controller

Key Responsibilities

Senior Planning Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare progress reports, recovery plans, and schedule updates.
• Monitor project performance and identify schedule risks.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Senior Document Controller

• Manage project documentation, transmittals, and document registers.
• Maintain document control systems and ensure version control.
• Coordinate document submissions between project teams, clients, and consultants.
• Ensure project documentation complies with company and client requirements.

Requirements

Senior Planning Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure or building projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

Senior Document Controller

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of document control experience within engineering or construction projects.
• Experience with Aconex, SharePoint, or other EDMS platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
