Program Portfolio Management: Own the definition, roadmap, and execution of a portfolio of complex technical programs — ensuring alignment across Product and Engineering organizations to meet defined business objectives.
Collaboration Model Design: Implement and refine cross-functional development and delivery frameworks that accelerate the introduction of new technology from conception through deployment.
Execution Leadership: Lead planning and execution of programs across distributed teams, ensuring synchronized delivery of software, services, and infrastructure for major product milestones.
Stakeholder & Risk Management: Establish and lead regular stakeholder communication cadences, delivering clear program health updates, managing strategic risks, and escalating change control decisions to senior leadership.
Technical Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Architects to provide technical oversight on key initiatives, contributing to solution definition and reducing technical debt.
Operational Governance: Maintain and enforce organizational governance standards, providing visibility and metrics on program health and ensuring accountability for SLAs.
Process Improvement: Drive targeted improvements across the product development lifecycle and team structures to enhance efficiency and scalability of the engineering organization.
Education: Bachelor's or advanced technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: 12–15 years of progressive technical program/project management, including 1–2 years in a Sr. Principal or equivalent senior individual contributor leadership role (e.g., Group TPM Lead).
Program Expertise: Deep understanding of agile SDLC with proven experience driving large-scale releases and go-to-market schedules across a product portfolio.
Executive Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical senior leaders, including running executive program reviews.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools — including setting up complex boards, workflows, and reporting structures.
Ownership Mindset: A strong delivery-oriented mentality with a track record of driving strategic progress and resolving high-impact, customer-critical issues under pressure.
Technical Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security best practices relevant to the product domain.
Problem-Solving: Advanced conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills with a history of managing organizational complexity and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
