Bitsight is a cyber risk management leader transforming how companies manage exposure, performance, and risk for themselves and their third parties. Companies rely on Bitsight to prioritize their cybersecurity investments, build greater trust within their ecosystem, and reduce their chances of financial loss.
Built on over a decade of technological innovation, its integrated solutions deliver value across enterprise security performance, digital supply chains, cyber insurance, and data analysis.
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to help us shape our next phase of our journey where we reimagine how users experience Bitsight’s data and product through the integration of innovative AI solutions.
In this pivotal role, we’re looking for someone who navigates greenfield areas with comfort and ambiguity. You will take full design ownership of key product areas, drive the end-to-end process, and influence how design takes shape in the overall organization.
Four principles guide how we build products at Bitsight and shape the work you'd do here:
We turn data into intelligence people trust. Bitsight is built with a uniquely deep data and view of cyber risk. Your work makes that intelligence clear, credible, and genuinely usable, helping customers move from raw data to confident decisions.
We build with AI, and we move fast. We're reimagining our products around AI and taking on an experimentation-heavy mindset where we test, learn, and ship quickly to help define what great AI-powered experiences look like in a data-heavy domain.
We’re Customer obsessed. We design for the outcome the customer is trying to reach, not just the feature in front of us. That requires us to understand problems deeply, collaborating across the whole customer journey, and following through with accountability and urgency.
We design for connection. Our products live in a wider ecosystem of partners, integrations, and workflows. You'll think beyond a single screen, designing for value that grows when things work across different touchpoints.
Own end-to-end design process for your product areas, from problem discovery and research through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user testing.
Work across multiple product areas and balance shifting priorities while making informed decisions and moving quickly. We balance long-term vision with fast-paced execution.
Lead your own research by talking to users and Customers and shape what we build as much as how it looks in collaboration with Product.
Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0 to prototype, test, and gather feedback on ideas early and quickly.
Contribute to and extend our design system, raising consistency and elevating our craft across the product.
Help evolve and shape how we design for AI-powered features and how users take advantage of Bitsight’s data.
Give and seek design critique, helping lift the quality of work across the team.
5-7 years of product design experience, with a track record of senior-level ownership on shipped products.
A strong portfolio showing both craft (interaction and visual design) and problem-solving skills such as problem framing, process, and measurable impact.
Experience designing AI-powered features or agentic workflows, designing for probabilistic or uncertain model outputs, or prototyping with AI tools.
Experience working with complex, data-rich, or analytical products, and working hands-on with a design system.
A fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and who adapts well. You’ll often be in greenfield areas, and the ability to move forward while building knowledge is key.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity, or related B2B enterprise domains.
Experience helping build or scale a design system from the ground up.
