- Product Vision & Roadmap: Own, articulate, and execute a clear product vision and strategy, and rally the organization behind it. - Product Evangelism: Serve as the primary advocate for your product internally and externally. Lead product rollouts, including developing training materials, documentation, and leading both virtual and in-person product demonstrations. Represent the product vision and benefits in meetings, presentations, and customer-facing engagements.
- AI-Enablement: Drive the integration of AI-driven solutions within your product, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy. Identify where AI can improve clients' processes and ship those capabilities into the workflows clients already use. Be hands-on: prototype with current AI tooling, evaluate models and vendors, and write the prompts, agents, and evals that turn a concept into a shippable feature. Ensure the responsible use of AI technologies with a focus on transparency, and ethics.
- Delivery Excellence: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, driving a culture of continuous improvement and effective iteration.
- Metrics & Data-Driven Decisions: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product. Build processes to track, analyze, and review data to inform ongoing product development, prioritization of new features, and customer experience improvements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams by effectively coordinating between stakeholders across departments, such as sales, marketing, legal, and customer support.
