Shape the data foundation behind Enablon's analytics and AI
Enablon's products run the daily operations of some of the world's largest organisations, and they bring together data from many sources and customer systems. Our data platform turns that data into fast, trusted insight for every Enablon product and for the customers who rely on them.
As Senior Product Manager, Data Platform, you will set the direction for this platform and evolve it into the data foundation for the analytics, operational intelligence and AI-enabled experiences our customers expect today.
Job Description
You own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Enablon's data platform: the shared data capabilities every Enablon product builds on. You work with data engineering and architecture, with the product teams that consume the platform, and with business leaders, and you turn their needs into a platform that is reliable, governed and ready for AI.
Responsibilities
Requirements
Also valuable: hands-on experience with lakehouse or cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar; streaming and change-data-capture patterns; data foundations for AI products; experience in regulated enterprise domains.
Who you are
Strategic and pragmatic: you hold a multi-year view and still deliver this month. Enterprise-minded: you think in shared capabilities and portfolio outcomes. Technically fluent without needing to be the engineer. Customer- and outcome-led: success is adoption and value, not features shipped. A decisive collaborator who influences without formal authority, a systems thinker, and a clear communicator who makes complex topics simple for any audience.
Why this role
You take an established platform at the moment it matters most. As Enablon's customers ask for more insight and more AI in their daily work, the data platform decides how fast and how reliably we can deliver it. You will set its direction with an executive sponsor, an experienced engineering team and a vendor partnership in place.
