Salary: £45,000-£65,000 depending on experience per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Norwich NR7
Contract: Permanent, full time

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week; Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
Work model: Remote (Must be able to attend client sites in Central London and Norwich)

TSO is a UK based content publisher, delivering high quality publishing solutions, across multiple formats on behalf of clients to end customers in the UK and globally. Originally specialising in government regulatory publishing, TSO is actively developing new clients in private sector professional publishing.

Job Purpose 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape, deliver and scale digital
learning solutions across our client portfolios. You will define and champion a
compelling, customer-centric, format-agnostic product vision, grounded in client requirements and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy

• Develop and deliver the long-term vision and strategy for a coordinated digital learning proposition across different outputs (including mobile app and e-learning)
• Translate strategic goals into an actionable product roadmap
• Identify market trends, learner needs and emerging technologies (including AI, adaptive learning, LMS and LXP innovations) and incorporate these into the long-term vision and strategy for our digital learning proposition
• Contribute to pricing strategy and go-to-market proposition
• Translate client challenges into customer-centric solutions

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Align internal stakeholders to identify product goals and prioritise delivery roadmaps
• Work across functional teams to ensure that development aligns with the strategic roadmap and can realistically be delivered within time, cost and quality restraints
• Collaborate with business development, client services, content development and marketing teams to understand client requirements and customer expectations
• Work with content development and production teams to optimise processes and improve speed to market
• Manage vendor partnerships which support the delivery of the product vision and strategy
• Support business development activity by communicating current and future

Strategic Programme and Project Planning

• Translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps and defined workstreams that deliver measurable impact
• Work with functional teams to resolve conflicting priorities and ensure alignment
• Create and maintain a risk log and lead remediation planning
• Follow internal governance procedures – including presentation at internal meetings, and reporting in agreed formats and to agreed frequencies (e.g. weekly, monthly and quarterly)

Quality Assurance and Governance

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy and educational standards (SCORM, xAPI)
• Establish robust project documentation (including processes, templates, and training documentation) and ensure that it is accurate, consistent and contractually compliant
• Develop standardised quality assurance processes (including approaches to testing) and ensure these are consistently followed
• Validate solutions and enhancements through user engagement and testing

Customer Experience

• Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensure the product(s) address learner needs and market opportunities
• Partner with internal UX/UI experts to design seamless, intuitive user journeys
• Seek cross-client solutions that meet shared client challenges and customer expectations
• Use data and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance and learning effectiveness, and use this to drive continual iterative improvement
• Champion a learner-centric culture

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience designing and delivering digital learning and digital publishing solutions
• Skilled in translating user insights and market opportunities into product features that drive engagement and adoption
• Sound project and programme management experience, including familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex interdependencies across multi-disciplinary teams
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
