At Hiya, we’re making business calls more trusted, useful, and effective.
Voice remains one of the most important ways businesses communicate with their customers, but the value of a call depends on trust. When customers do not recognize who is calling or why, important conversations are missed, customer relationships suffer, and business outcomes are harder to achieve.
Hiya helps businesses create trusted calling experiences that benefit both sides of the conversation: enterprises can reach customers with confidence, and customers can answer with confidence. Our products support branded business calling, trusted caller identity, call performance insights, customer engagement, and voice security capabilities that help businesses strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.
This role sits in a core business area for Hiya and is focused on helping SMB and enterprise customers succeed.
At Hiya, we're making calls safe, useful, and human again.
Voice is the most human form of communication, yet it's become one of the least trusted. Spam, scams, and AI manipulation have eroded what was once a simple way to connect.
Each month our AI voice technology analyzes 28+ billion calls, protecting over 550 million users and 800+ businesses worldwide. Partnering with a growing global network including, AT&T, Samsung, British Telecom EE, Rogers, MasOrange,Bell Canada, MasMovil, and Virgin Media O2, we're not just stopping bad actors, we're helping people feel good and confident about picking up the phone again.
This is a pivotal moment for voice. As new threats and technologies accelerate, so does demand for trusted voice communication. Hiya is growing 40%+ year over year, expanding globally, and defining what voice becomes next.
Join us. You won't just work on what voice is today, you'll shape what it becomes tomorrow: smarter, safer, and genuinely worth answering again.
This is the founding product management hire for Hiya's growth function. Our product portfolio spans B2B and B2C with distinct go-to-market motions, from product-led self-service to enterprise sales. As that portfolio has grown, so has the need for a consistent growth platform that every product team can operate on. We are in the early stages of building this platform, with a GTM engineer already in place and initial traction on the underlying infrastructure. We're looking for someone to take ownership of the platform's product vision and scale it across the organization.
Your job is to build the growth platform that all product teams at Hiya use to run experimentation, measure funnels, and iterate on customer-facing surfaces. That means owning the experimentation framework, event tracking and instrumentation, the website platform (headless CMS), growth model dashboards, and lifecycle tooling. The platform is unified across the website and in-product surfaces, giving the whole company shared instrumentation and attribution through the full funnel. You'll directly own the website and the platform itself; product teams continue to own what gets tested and shipped inside their products. You're also building the cross-functional operating model that ties demand generation, marketing, product, and sales together so that every product team works from a shared playbook with shared visibility into what's working.
This role requires senior, hands-on growth experience. You can't build a platform that serves working PMs without having done the work yourself. You'll partner closely with your GTM engineer, marketing, and demand generation leadership to execute. As the platform proves out, you'll have the case to grow the function.
Own the growth platform strategy across experimentation, instrumentation, the website (headless CMS), growth model dashboards, and lifecycle tooling
Design the cross-functional operating model that connects demand generation, marketing, product, and sales into a coherent growth system with shared metrics and consistent process
Build a strong culture of experimentation at Hiya: define how experiments are structured, how results are measured and shared, and improve experimentation rigor and quality across all teams
Partner with product managers across Hiya's product lines to translate their growth needs into platform capabilities and shared tooling they can use independently
Bring a strong perspective on SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) so the platform produces surfaces that perform well in both traditional search and AI-driven discovery, and partner with product marketing on content strategy execution, including mult-locale support
Establish operating rituals that keep the growth system healthy: experiment reviews, shared learnings, and regular alignment with marketing and demand generation
Use AI tools to accelerate platform development, analysis, prototyping, and the operational work of standing up a new function
In this role, "builder" means taking ownership for turning a growth platform vision into systems that other teams actually use to ship.
That may mean:
Prototyping experimentation tooling, instrumentation patterns, or platform capabilities yourself
Using AI tools to accelerate iteration and platform development
Running fast tests with product teams to validate whether new platform capabilities solve their real problems
Instrumenting the platform itself, studying how teams use it, and improving based on what you learn
Independently driving a platform initiative from concept to launch when scope and context make that possible
Helping product teams operate with more autonomy, curiosity, and speed
We're looking for someone who can move fluidly between solo ownership and cross-functional collaboration, and who stays focused on what will create the most leverage for the teams operating on top of the platform.
Product teams across Hiya are running growth work on a shared platform with consistent tooling and process, shipping faster and learning more effectively because of it
The cross-functional operating model between demand generation, marketing, product, and sales is defined, functioning, and producing shared visibility into what's working across the funnel
Marketing retains clear governance over brand and narrative, while product teams have the autonomy and tooling to iterate quickly on the surfaces they own
Within six months, the platform and operating model are producing measurable improvements in experimentation velocity and cross-functional alignment, with early indicators of revenue impact driven by a strong LTV/CAC ratio on self-serve product lines
Required
Demonstrated success in growth, including hands-on work building activation funnels, running experimentation programs, and connecting acquisition through conversion through expansion in self-serve acquisition motions
Experience building growth platforms, tooling, or infrastructure that other teams operated on: experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and feature flag systems, analytics and event tracking platforms, CMS platforms, or cross-functional operating models
A track record of improving experimentation rigor and quality across multiple teams, not just within a single team
Expertise in SEO and emerging GEO practices, with informed opinions on how platform and CMS decisions affect organic discoverability
Proficiency with AI tools as a core part of how you work, with hands-on experience using them to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and platform development
Data fluency for defining leading metrics, building shared dashboards, and creating the feedback loops that make experimentation programs learn
The ability to build trust with product managers who own their own growth goals, positioning yourself as an enabler of their work rather than a competitor for their scope
A high-agency, builder-oriented approach: you create structure in ambiguous situations and take ownership for outcomes
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between growth, marketing, product, and engineering contexts fluently
Alignment with Hiya's values: serving our customers, doing rather than observing, improving ourselves and our business, owning and holding ourselves accountable for success, leading with a point of view, engaging in open discussion, and committing to decisions
Preferred
Experience as a founding or early growth hire, building the function and the playbook rather than inheriting them
Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, particularly Contentful or Payload, including content modeling and multi-locale support
Experience with modern analytics and instrumentation stacks (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4) and tag management
Familiarity with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Statsig, or equivalent), including evaluation tradeoffs between build, buy, and open-source options
Familiarity with marketing automation and lifecycle tooling (HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io)
Experience in environments where multiple product lines with different go-to-market motions shared a common growth platform
Background working in both B2B and B2C growth contexts, particularly where self-serve and sales-assisted models coexist
Comfort with rapid prototyping tools (Cursor, Lovable, or equivalent) for quickly testing ideas
The requirements listed in the job descriptions are guidelines. You don’t have to satisfy every requirement or meet every qualification listed. If your skills are transferable we would still love to hear from you.
Hiya is not a passive environment. We expect people to take ownership, form opinions, and engage directly with hard problems.
We work with a high degree of transparency and autonomy. Context is shared openly, and decisions are discussed, challenged, and then made. Once a call is made, we commit and move forward.
You’ll be expected to work through ambiguity, weigh tradeoffs, and take responsibility for results—while keeping a high bar for quality and customer trust.
Every team member at Hiya is expected to live our core values:
Serve, our customers and partners by holding a high bar for trust and quality
Own, share in success and open up to failures
Lead, listen, show up with a point of view but commit entirely once a decision has been made
Improve, even if it means changing course or contradicting ourselves
Do, rather than observe
At Hiya, our interview process is designed to evaluate candidates through real, experience-based work. We focus on understanding how you think, exercise judgment, use leverage (including AI), and collaborate, rather than how well you perform in traditional interviews.

Onsite Interview Loop: Each interviewer focuses on specific competencies, evaluating how you make decisions, navigate tradeoffs, and collaborate in real time
You’ll then participate in a live, role-relevant working session as part of an interview loop with multiple interviewers. This experience is designed to reflect how work is done at Hiya and focuses on your real-time problem-solving and collaboration skills.
During the session, you’ll work through a problem live and walk interviewers through your thinking as you go. Interviewers will explore how you structure problems, communicate your reasoning, respond to questions and feedback, and adapt your approach in the moment. .
Hiya Future Values Interview: An independent conversation focused on your long-term potential, judgment under ambiguity, and ability to create sustained value as scope and complexity increase.
Reference Check: As a final step, we connect with 2–3 past supervisors to gain additional perspective on your experience and working style, and to further understand how you align with Hiya’s values.
