Core Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned modules within the Unified Commerce Platform.
• Define product vision, capabilities, and user experiences based on retailer needs and market opportunities.
• Convert complex retail business problems into scalable platform capabilities.
• Drive product lifecycle from discovery, definition, development, launch, and optimization.

Retailer & Market Understanding

• Engage with retailers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to understand evolving commerce needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities.

Product Delivery

• Create product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, data, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define product success metrics and continuously improve adoption and business outcomes.

Platform Thinking

• Design products with scalability, configurability, and multi-retailer deployment in mind.
• Ensure capabilities support different retail formats, geographies, and operating models.
• Partner with technology teams to define API-first and cloud-native product capabilities.

Years of Experience

• 5-7 years of product management experience.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

• BTech or MTech

Skill Set Required

• Strong understanding of retail commerce, omnichannel, POS, or store technologies.
• Experience working with engineering teams to build scalable products.
• Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
