Strong technical fluency and the ability to work closely with software, DevOps, and data engineering teams on complex platform capabilities.
Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for shared systems, infrastructure, or platform products.
Ability to prioritize technical investments and debt reduction, translating engineering complexity into business value and communicating trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
Understanding of subscription management, billing systems, entitlements, pricing experimentation, and integrations across web and mobile platforms.
Experience with customer data platforms, event collection, data orchestration, and privacy-conscious data management.
Strong knowledge of platform reliability, application performance, security, API versioning, and release management.
Experience improving software development processes, including CI/CD, developer experience, and quality practices.
