We are on a mission to make humans the strongest security layer.
Human risk remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities and traditional awareness training is not enough. We take a different approach by combining AI-driven personalization, real threat detection, and behavioral science to actively protect people and organizations.
We don't just simulate risks. We build the tools that detect and stop them.
You own product marketing for Hoxhunt’s Phishing and Security Awareness Training (SAT) products. You decide what is true and compelling about them, and you make Sales, Customer Success and Marketing able to explain them and turn them into pipeline and revenue.
Human risk is now a top priority for security leaders worldwide, so your work directly equips our revenue teams to win deals and deliver measurable value. You sit where product delivery meets commercial execution. You turn complex product capabilities into narratives that win in the market, and you make every launch sellable from day one.
Own positioning, messaging, buyer personas and the value narrative for your products.
Keep these products winning against the competition. Run competitive intelligence, and keep battle cards, objection handling, discovery questions and the pitch and demo narrative current and in sellers’ hands.
Define who should buy what: fit criteria, buying triggers, upsell and cross-sell logic, and the adoption signals that tell Customer Success an account is ready.
Make every launch sellable on day one: positioning, packaging, SKU and pricing. Work closely with our product marketer responsible for market-facing launches, who plans and runs the launch to prospects.
Turn every change customers will see into a clear message: release notes, in-app messages, knowledge base articles, product updates and more.
Decide which claims need customer evidence, and put that proof to work in enablement.
Turn repeat requests into reusable assets people can serve themselves from.
Build, improve and run the machinery that markets our growing volume of shipped features as automatically as possible.
In your first 2 months you’ll: Deeply understand our Phishing and SAT products and the competitive landscape, audit existing materials for gaps, build strong partnerships with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Marketing, deliver your first updated value propositions and buyer segments, and run your first enablement session.
By month 4 you’ll: Own a full go-to-market motion for at least one product, activate at least one meaningful upsell or cross-sell opportunity in our SMB customer base, have Sales and Customer Success actively using your materials, and show measurable contribution to pipeline and NRR.
You have:
Senior-level experience owning positioning and go-to-market for a B2B product area yourself, not only supporting someone who did.
An understanding of how technical solutions work and what customer security teams struggle with, and the ability to turn the two into the angle that wins deals.
High agency and a sense of urgency, getting things shipped when things are unclear, scoping across multiple stakeholders, and keeping several work streams moving at once.
A metrics-driven mindset: you measure what your work changes in win rate, expansion pipeline, and seller readiness, and you change course when the numbers tell you to.
Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate in person at our Helsinki office roughly 3 days a week.
Bonus points if you also:
Bring a background in growth marketing or product-led growth, and a feel for using leading indicators to keep raising the impact of product marketing.
Have experience producing product videos and animations from script to final cut, using AI tools or external producers.
You will join our Product organization and report directly to the VP of Product, working closely with fellow product marketers, Product Managers and Designers. Day to day, you will work deeply with Sales, Customer Success leaders, RevOps and our Marketing team. We are an ambitious, humble and collaborative crew that values autonomy, constructive debate and shipping tangible outcomes.
Compensation: Monthly salary of €5800-6400 depending on your experience. You may notice varying salary ranges for roles with similar titles across Hoxhunt; this is because each range is grounded in our role leveling and reflects the seniority, scope, and impact expectations required for that specific role and team, and we operate with a low hierarchy.
Working ways: We work in a flexible, but hybrid work setting. You are expected to visit the Helsinki office typically 3 days a week.
High performance meets high humanity: We bring an incredibly driven, high-impact energy to our work, but we leave our egos at the door. You will be surrounded by wildly talented, dedicated colleagues in an environment built on extreme kindness, support, and psychological safety.
Authentic trust & autonomy: We hire great people and trust them to do great work. You will find a culture free of micromanagement, giving you the autonomy to take real ownership, drive impact, and shape things early on.
A product you can be proud of: It is incredibly rare in cybersecurity to build a multi-award-winning product that end-users genuinely love. You will join a team making a real, measurable impact against cybercrime.
The perks that matter: Alongside this amazing community, you will enjoy extensive healthcare with other benefits and our beautiful and new office in Helsinki (complete with a gym and swimming pool!).
