About Gelato
Gelato has created the world’s largest global network for on-demand production of custom products – from t-shirts and mugs to books and wall art. We empower a new generation of ecommerce entrepreneurs to share their creativity worldwide while embracing local, sustainable production. By producing locally and perfectly matching supply with demand, we eliminate waste and reduce carbon emissions.
At Gelato, we don’t own production facilities – we build the software that connects them. With over 250 production operations in 30+countries, our network can deliver custom products to five billion people in just 72 hours. It’s smarter, faster, and greener.
With GelatoConnect, our SaaS platform, we’re driving innovation in print production. GelatoConnect is the operating system that runs print businesses, from the first customer request to the shipped parcel: quoting, order intake, procurement, production and shipping in one connected system. By boosting efficiency and cutting costs, it helps businesses scale to meet market demands. With GelatoConnect, we’re reshaping the print industry to be more efficient, sustainable, and profitable.
About the Role
GelatoConnect is our B2B SaaS platform for printers and decorators, spanning AI estimating, MIS, print on demand and a full operating system for print businesses. As we rapidly scale, we are sharpening our positioning, monetisation and go-to-market approach to accelerate adoption and long-term recurring revenue growth.
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our high-performing GTM team. You will take ownership of Product Marketing initiatives spanning positioning, go-to-market execution, sales enablement and customer advocacy, strengthening and building the capabilities needed to support our growth.
Acting as the commercial partner to Product leadership and a key counterpart to Sales, you will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions, equip our commercial teams to win business and represent the voice of the customer. You will have a clear mandate to drive revenue growth, improve product adoption and strengthen our competitive positioning.
This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and visibility across the business. We're looking for someone who combines deep B2B SaaS expertise with strong commercial instincts, thrives in a fast-moving environment and is equally comfortable shaping direction and executing the work needed to deliver results.
What You Will Do
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales and GTM, your key responsibilities will include:
Positioning & Narrative: Define GelatoConnect's core value proposition, differentiation, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas. Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives that clearly communicate business value and create demand.
Go-to-Market & Launches: Plan and lead go-to-market initiatives for new products, features and commercial opportunities. Partner with Product, Sales and Marketing to execute launches that drive awareness, adoption and revenue growth.
Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Sales to understand customer challenges, buying journeys and barriers to conversion. Translate product capabilities into compelling commercial narratives, sales tools and enablement programmes that improve win rates and deal velocity.
Pricing & Packaging: Drive pricing and packaging initiatives across the GelatoConnect portfolio, bringing together customer insights, competitive intelligence and product capabilities to develop commercially sound recommendations that support growth and monetisation.
Portfolio Architecture: Define how AI Estimator, MIS, print on demand and GelatoConnect One fit together, including positioning, customer entry points, expansion opportunities, naming and bundles.
Customer Value & Advocacy: Develop compelling customer stories, case studies, testimonials and ROI-driven materials that demonstrate measurable business impact. Support initiatives that drive product adoption, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Win/Loss & Market Insights: Build a deep understanding of our customers, competitors and market dynamics. Lead win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence, using AI to analyse customer conversations, sales calls and market signals to inform Product Marketing priorities and commercial decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Product, Sales and Marketing, translating technical developments into clear commercial opportunities. Ensure teams have the knowledge, messaging and resources needed to bring our products to market effectively.
Who You Are
You are a commercially driven Product Marketing professional with deep B2B SaaS experience and a passion for turning complex technology into compelling customer value. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understand what it takes to bring products to market and know how to connect Product Marketing to measurable business outcomes.
You thrive in fast-moving environments, bringing structure, resourcefulness and momentum to your work. You're confident navigating complex stakeholders, challenging assumptions and influencing senior leaders, while remaining equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver results.
Requirements:
7+ years of Product Marketing experience within B2B SaaS, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
Proven experience positioning and launching complex software products, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
Strong track record partnering with Sales in complex, sales-assisted environments, with measurable impact on pipeline, win rates and revenue growth.
Experience building and executing Product Marketing initiatives, including go-to-market launches, sales enablement, and SaaS pricing and packaging.
Experience creating demand for emerging or unfamiliar software solutions, where customers may not yet recognise the need for the product.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior technical and commercial leaders.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong commercial judgement and a structured approach to execution.
Strong AI fluency, using AI tools to research, analyse, create and execute, with the ability to credibly position AI-powered products to traditional industries.
Experience in vertical SaaS, operational software or workflow automation is a strong advantage.
Experience taking B2B SaaS products to market across multiple countries and languages is desirable.
