As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping products that allow customers to recover their data to a point in time just seconds before a cyberattack, outage, or disaster. You will work at the intersection of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI-driven innovation to ensure our platform remains scalable, resilient, and customer-centric.

What You'll Do
Own the product lifecycle for one or more Zerto business domains.
Act as the bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and customers, translating strategic requirements into deliverable engineering outcomes.
Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-release optimisation.
Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and identify future opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business priorities.
Identify opportunities for product innovation and customer-centric enhancements.
Define, manage, and maintain the product backlog.
Prioritise complex features while balancing customer requirements, engineering constraints, business priorities, and delivery timelines.
Write product specifications, user stories, and requirements documentation.
Work closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and engaging experiences.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Executive Leadership teams.
Present product initiatives and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support go-to-market activities, product launches, and customer communications.
Track product KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree and typically 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
Significant Product Owner or Product Management experience within enterprise B2B software organisations.
Proven experience managing complex software products in both on-premises and SaaS environments.
A strong ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
Ability to lead through influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.
Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about delivering exceptional products.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
Preferred Experience
Enterprise B2B software products.
Data protection, backup, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, or cybersecurity technologies.
Customer-facing product ownership experience.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and AI technologies.
Experience working with highly technical engineering teams.
