Job Description:
This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities, communicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team, and driving user adoption. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.
This role is critical to advancing GT’s engineering transformation by driving practitioner adoption of AI, SDLC 2.0, and modern delivery practices. The role will serve as a key change agent ensuring technology investments convert into measurable productivity, adoption, and business outcomes across Global Technology.
Aligning to AI TFG priorities, the role enables DevEx AI learning adoption by delivering hands-on training, improving GHCP feature usage, and increasing developer productivity with clear stakeholder accountability. It ensures a stable, high-quality Academy TFG Portal through proactive support, defect management, and continuous testing—minimizing disruption and elevating user experience. The role also drives global collaboration and operational excellence by enhancing tools, processes, reporting, and communications across India and onshore teams, with defined ownership, measurable adoption targets, and regular performance transparency for all stakeholders.
