1.) 部門について – About the Operating Unit/Portfolio/Function
ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) は耳鼻咽喉科頭頚部外科、内分泌外科、食道外科など幅広い領域を対象に、先端技術で患者さんに一人ひとりの治療をサポートしています。市場では強いリーダーシップポジションを確立しており、パワーデバイス、ナビゲーション、モニタリング、消耗品など多角的な製品とサービスを提供し、鼻、耳、頭頸部手術の質向上に貢献しています。近年は2件のM&Aが行われるなどグローバルでの投資が進んでおり、今後もさらなる成長が期待されている事業部の一つです。
ENTでは、これまで培ってきた市場でのリーダーシップと幅広い製品ポートフォリオを基盤に、戦略製品の成長加速と既存製品の新たなビジネス機会の創出を通じた、持続的な事業成長を目指しています。
今回のポジションは、日本のENT市場における重要な成長ドライバーであるPROPELを中心に、新製品の市場導入と成長、既存製品の新たな価値とビジネス機会の創出をリードする役割です。戦略立案にとどまらず、顧客インサイトの発見、価値提案の構築、教育・市場開発、実行後の効果検証まで一貫して携わり、自らのアイデアと行動で製品と事業の未来を形づくることができます。
2.) 業務内容 – About the position / Primary Responsibilities
本ポジションでは、ENTの鼻科領域における主力ポートフォリオを担う3名のマーケティングメンバーの一人として、PROPELを軸に、新製品および既存製品のマーケティング戦略立案から実行、効果検証までを一貫して担います。それぞれの強みを生かしてチームで主力ポートフォリオを牽引し、営業、T&E、グローバルチーム、関連ファンクション、医療従事者および学会と幅広く連携します。大きな裁量とオーナーシップを持ち、新製品の市場定着と既存製品の売上拡大につながる、日本市場ならではの成長機会を創り出せるポジションです。
