Oversee the overall program portfolio, managing schedules, dependencies, risks, resource allocation, and critical blockers to ensure successful delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders, setting expectations, communicating progress, and maintaining alignment on objectives and outcomes.
Partner with senior leaders to resolve challenges, evaluate technical trade-offs, and support informed, strategic decision-making.
Translate complex technical concepts into business implications, facilitating discussions and collaboration across engineering, product, design, and other functions.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen program processes, predictability, and execution.
Track progress against program objectives and promote a results-oriented approach focused on measurable business and technical impact.
At least 8 years of experience in technical program management within software engineering or other highly technical environments.
Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to engage with senior leaders, assess technical trade-offs, and navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, align diverse teams, and influence executive-level decisions without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and risks across multiple programs.
Preferred: Experience in a major technology company, such as a Mag 7 or FAANG organization, or in a high-growth startup environment.
Preferred: Experience managing complex technical programs in client-facing consulting or professional services environments.
