The Project Manager in the Corporate Transformation & Delivery Office (CTDO) is responsible and accountable for the ownership, guidance, and delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation projects. PMs ensure that project outcomes and business value are realized, not just outputs delivered.
As project leads, PMs manage the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives, aligning them with corporate strategies and enterprise priorities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining structured governance. PMs are proactive leaders who anticipate risks, resolve issues, and optimize processes to ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes that support organizational transformation and sustainable growth.
