Follow applicable policies and procedures for patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and secure handling of sensitive healthcare information.
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting quality assurance, data validation, reconciliation, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formulas, and large-dataset comparisons.
Strong SQL skills, including the ability to query, compare, aggregate, reconcile, and validate data.
Demonstrated experience investigating discrepancies across reports, databases, or business systems and identifying underlying causes.
