This role builds and tests commission plans, performs a reasonableness review before every payout release, and is the primary point of contact for commission inquiries. The Senior Analyst works in Sigma (or a similar BI tool) and Sage Intacct (or a similar general ledger), and partners with HR, Operations, and Finance so plan terms arrive complete and every plan is documented end-to-end.
