Enboarder is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing and managing our Salesforce instance and integration architecture to deliver reliable systems, clean data, and scalable processes that support pipeline generation, customer growth, and operational efficiency. Experienced Salesforce Administrator (likely 5+ years experience) with demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex projects independently
Salesforce Administrator certification and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification required; Advanced Administrator certification strongly preferred
Strong experience designing, building, troubleshooting, and optimizing Salesforce Flows
Proven experience with administrating and configuring Salesforce CPQ
Previous experience in the Software industry with solid understanding of ARR/Subscription business model and sales processes
Experience in integrating Salesforce with sales, marketing and customer success platforms (e.g. Slack, HubSpot, Gong, Planhat)
Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes and release processes, including Change Sets, sandbox refreshes, and org migrations
Experience with data management and integration concepts and data security best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
