As a Senior SCADA Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the baggage handling system at Oslo Airport. You will act as a working team leader for the Operations team, taking ownership of system performance, baggage flow, and operational coordination while ensuring maximum system availability and minimizing the risk of delayed baggage.
You will serve as a key communication hub between Operations, Maintenance, and the customer, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
As Senior Operator, you will be working in a highly dynamic airport environment where strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. You take ownership, remain calm under pressure, and are able to make sound operational decisions while balancing customer and business priorities.
You will join our airport operations team at Oslo Airport, one of the most advanced baggage handling operations in the Nordics. Together with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Customer stakeholders, you will contribute to maintaining a highly available, reliable, and efficient baggage handling system.
