Search is changing faster than ever.
People no longer discover products only through Google. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. They watch YouTube, browse Reddit, visit review sites and learn through communities.
At Mentimeter, we believe the companies that win will combine world-class SEO fundamentals with AI-native systems, automation and modern workflows to become discoverable wherever customers search, ask, learn and buy.
That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Search & Discoverability Lead.
This is not a traditional SEO role.
It’s an opportunity to build Mentimeter’s discoverability capability for the AI era.
Make Mentimeter the obvious answer wherever people search, ask and learn.
You’ll own discoverability across traditional search, AI search and emerging discovery channels.
Success won’t be measured by rankings or traffic.
It will be measured by qualified acquisition, activation and business impact.
Build and continuously improve Mentimeter’s technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, information architecture, international SEO, structured data, Core Web Vitals and user experience.
Own Mentimeter’s discoverability strategy across:
Treat search as one integrated ecosystem rather than separate channels.
This is a builder role.
Create scalable systems that continuously:
The goal is a living system that continuously improves through AI, automation and human expertise.
Build systems, workflows and guidance that enable Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Marketing, Customer Success, Enterprise Marketing and Product teams to create better, more discoverable content.
You’re deeply experienced in SEO fundamentals but excited about where search is heading.
You understand that AI doesn’t replace SEO. It amplifies it.
You’re a builder who enjoys creating systems, not just executing tasks.
You think from first principles, move comfortably between strategy and execution, and naturally experiment with new AI tools and workflows.
