# The Role
You will be in charge of designing and building products at Accord. We have a modern codebase that you’ll be able to make your own and want to tell your friends about. We’re seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to join our core team.
### You Will
* Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and launching.
* Collaborate directly with product, design, and engineering.
* Balance speed and quality, with always an eye for learning quickly.
* Maintain a culture of code quality through rigorous testing, automation, and code reviews.
### Who We’re Looking For
* 3+ years experience as a problem solver.
* Product focused engineer.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexible and focussed on solutions.
* Organized and self-sufficient.
