- Work closely with Product and front-end Experience teams to translate customer needs and product goals into effective technical solutions.
- Navigate ambiguous technical and product challenges, taking initiative to establish clear paths forward without waiting for complete specifications.
- Contribute to a product-driven roadmap by helping prioritize tradeoffs, meeting real deadlines, and delivering improvements iteratively.
- Extend agentic AI capabilities into customer-facing product experiences across the broader product suite.
- Contribute a strong technical perspective to architectural decisions while collaborating effectively with other engineers and stakeholders.
- Help foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise with containers, artifact registries, Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Proven experience building and securing CI/CD systems.
- Proficiency in Go (Golang), or strong ability and willingness to become productive with Go quickly.
- Experience working with AI tooling and genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to complex technical and product challenges.
- Strong interest in collaborating closely with Product teams and customers to develop and launch new features.
- Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and proactively seek support when needed.
Benefits:
- Base salary range of $157,000–$184,000 USD.
- Flexible, remote-first work environment with team meetup opportunities and bi-annual destination summits.
- Monthly stipend supporting coworking spaces, phone, and internet costs.
- Stock options upon hire and promotion, with opportunities to participate in secondary offerings.
- Up to 10 years to exercise stock options.
- 100% company-paid health, vision, and dental insurance premiums for employees and dependents.
- Flexible time off.
- 18 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents, with flexible usage during the child's first year.
- Remote work available in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, subject to location and employment eligibility requirements.
