At some point in a senior engineer's career, they stop asking permission to make the architectural call — and start asking what the right call actually is.
That's the level we're hiring at.
Wildlife's Live Games Tech team operates with real end-to-end accountability. You'll make architectural decisions for systems serving millions of daily players — not write proposals that cycle through approval layers, but actually decide, implement, ship, and own the outcomes. You'll define how the team operates in production. You'll shape the technical direction of features from their earliest conversations. And when something breaks in production, you're the person who was already thinking about it.
Our stack: Unity/C# on the client, Go on the backend, AWS and Kubernetes for infrastructure.
You've shipped things that live in production and you understand what ownership really means. You make architectural decisions with confidence — and you can explain the why to engineers, product, and leadership without losing the room. You think in systems. You don't wait for the perfect spec. And when something breaks in production, you're the one people want to have been already thinking about it.
