Core SSE developer, Apex, LWC and Integration Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Develop custom Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages.
Configure and customize Service Cloud features including: Case Management Omni-Channel Knowledge Management Entitlements & Milestones Email-to-Case Web-to-Case Queues and Assignment Rules Service Console
Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), Approvals, and Validation Rules.
Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
Support production deployments and resolve application issues.
Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners for successful project delivery.
Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
Required Skills
