Responsibilities include:
Systems Administration & Infrastructure
Administer and maintain Windows server environments, including Active Directory
Monitor infrastructure health and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact end users
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code, automation scripts, and runbooks to improve operational efficiency (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN environments including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers
Maintain network documentation including topology diagrams, IP address management (IPAM), and change logs
ServiceNow Development & Administration
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and ITSM workflows
Develop and maintain custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flow designer automations, and integrations
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver iterative improvements to the ServiceNow platform
Manage ServiceNow instance administration including upgrades, cloning, performance tuning, and access controls
Enterprise Platform & Security Services
Administer and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Kandji, Meraki Systems Manager) for device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment
Manage Identity Provider (IdP) services including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management (e.g., Okta)
Maintain and tune endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR, antivirus, device compliance) and coordinate incident response with the security partner
Administer email security tools including spam filtering and anti-phishing policies
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
3–5 years of progressive experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or a related technical role
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewalls) with hands-on configuration experience
Experience with at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, CMDB, or Service Catalog), including configuration or development
Familiarity with MDM, IdP, endpoint security, and email security platforms
Strong scripting and automation skills in one or more of: PowerShell, Bash, Python, or JavaScript
Excellent troubleshooting methodology and the ability to work through complex, multi-system issues independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
