About the role
The Senior Systems Specialist – Manufacturing Execution Systems is responsible for supporting and advancing Cochlear's MES capability by working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and IT/OT teams to deliver practical, scalable and compliant system solutions.
You will lead and coordinate MES implementation activities, support manufacturing system enhancements, maintain system integrity and ensure users have the tools, training and support required to operate effectively.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, change management and continuous improvement to help drive manufacturing performance and digital transformation initiatives across Cochlear

About you

You Will Bring
What will help you stand out
You'll stand out if you have experience working within medical device, electronics or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. Experience implementing or supporting digital manufacturing transformation programs, MES platforms, industrial automation technologies or manufacturing system integrations will be highly regarded. Exposure to manufacturing validation, audit readiness, quality systems and change management activities will further strengthen your application..
