Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one?
This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Munich.
Working in HR within an organisation that builds market-leading HR technology solutions offers a unique opportunity. As valued partners at Personio and thought leaders in the HR industry, our People team not only powers the growth of our company but also directly influences the future of the industry.
We’re looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to join our product and engineering talent (PTECH) team, where you will find and hire the people who build our platform. This is your opportunity to shape world-class PTECH teams in a fast-scaling, category-leading, AI-enabled company.
Full-cycle tech hiring: You're the face of Personio to every engineering and product candidate — owning their experience from first message to signed offer.
Sourcing strategy: You build and run role-specific sourcing strategies together with our TA sourcers, using data to decide where to focus and when to change approach.
AI-enabled sourcing and screening: You use AI tools for market mapping, search, outreach and screening, while the hiring decision and the candidate relationship stay with you.
Stakeholder advisory: You advise senior stakeholders and coach hiring teams to interview better, decide faster, and avoid costly mis-hires.
Talent pipelines: You nurture and reactivate talent pools across the organisation, so a new role opens with a warm pipeline rather than a blank page.
Coaching and enablement: You coach other TA team members, including on how to apply AI in their own workflows, to build a learning culture across the function.
Market insight: You're the market expert your stakeholders turn to — shaping how they think about talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and where to compete.
Experience: You have 8+ years of recruitment experience in a technical talent role, ideally in a product-led company.
Candidate attraction: You are a confident communicator who engages passive candidates and gives them a clear, honest reason to consider Personio.
Structured prioritisation: You work in a structured way and prioritise a heavy, varied requisition load without letting details slip.
Stakeholder partnership: You build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, and you say so when the brief or the process needs to change.
Data fluency: You work comfortably with hiring data and turn it into conclusions and actions, not just reporting.
AI fluency: You have hands-on experience using AI to improve your workflow, and the sound judgment to know exactly when to rely on it and when to step in yourself.
Automations: You have built your own automations or AI workflows for recruiting tasks, and you can show what time or quality they saved.
Languages: You are business-fluent in English.
